Hi mate,

I fitted my p-valve myself using the soldering iron method. It was easy on the TLS, not sure how easy it would be going through your CF200?

As Bob says, you should be able to route things up through the zip in the undersuit without making any holes, try that before you take a knife to your undersuit!

One other thing, I dunno if you bought the p-valve yet, but if you have and it came with a crappy latex catheter, chuck it away and get silicone ones.

Frase.
