Help!! Urgent neckseal repair needed...

Given that I won't be diving until Friday, I thought I better wash my kit (damn sea, you don't get these problems in quarries )

I split my neckseal putting the suit on a hanger to dry off (damn, damn, damn) so..... does anyone know a London Dive Store that will do new neck seals without senidng the suit away...

Please... green blobby things for anyone who can find one for me

Amphibian Watersports are absolutely bloody excellent. Give them a ring, explain that you need it sorted ASAP and they'll do the job for you. They're based in West Norwood which is a bit of a trek for you but they are lovely blokes and do a fantastic job.

OK so neither are close enough to travel to in my lunch hour (even a westminster lunch hour which has been known to stretch a bit )

Thanks for the info guys and blobbies are yours - but are there any LDSs in central London which do repairs on the premises that anyone knows of?

Hmmm. Well I'm not sure quite how this will work (bear with me for a mo) but I work in Westminster and will be heading up to Amphibian for a fill on Monday or Tuesday this night. I'm not sure that a neckseal is 'while you wait' but if someone was coming back into central london then YD post might work.

It's a very, very, very long shot but it might work.

Failing that, then DIY or gaffer tape seems the way forward.

Depends how big the rip is but a garage/ tire shop will have innertube repair patches (giant bicycle puncture repair kit) that could stick it all back together.

I had the pleasure of Janos' company for lunch today and he then headed off to the Dive Store with my suit for repair.

What a nice man

Fingers crossed that I get in back in time to avoid looking like tigger again on Friday
