I would sit on them literally, speak to anyone called Womack and tell them you're going to sit on them if its not ready, and take your mum too.

Phoning everyday isn't enough, calling in once a day usually works (oh the joys of when I worked just round the corner - John senior even finished off my first suit himself with me in the workshop waiting for the glue to set)
