Do you know what Thinsulate looks like?

Well basically I found out what it looks like in that my thinsulate booties from Polar Bears came unfinished and the thinsulate was exposed. To their absolute credit the minute they heard this they sent me a new pair ASAP with apologies as their machine had been on the blink.

To answer my own question, it looks like really thickly wadded tissue/kitchen roll. It's only if the material tears at all you see all the microfibres in it.

Very interesting though obviously I'm happier with it covered up and protected
