Thumbs up Predator drysuits
Having given up on getting an O3 off the peg suit to fit me and not being prepared to wait 12 weeks+ for a MTM suit I called Dennis at Predator this morning to see what he could do for me. Although he is supposed to close at 1pm on a Saturday he said there was no problem with my coming down later so I duly went down to the New Forest and now have a suit on order.

I was very impressed by Dennis giving up his free time and the fact that he spent 75 mins taking me through his manufacturing theory and processes, so far so good and I'm looking forward to receiving my new suit in about 4 weeks time. Dennis is also fitting a new neck seal on my old suit to be with me next Saturday, my LDS wanted 3 weeks to do the same thing.

nice one....hope it all works out ok. I waited 12 weeks for my MTM Othree and it was well worth it.

Iani.... How much was the suit in total? Does it come with undersuit/hood etc?

hood's arent included but undersuits are, I'm not having one as I already have 4th element stuff and am happy with that.

Talking Good Choice
I've had my Predator Ti-Tec for over three years now and it's been bloody marvellous. I use it all year round and have had it down to about 75 metres without any problems. Even the neoprene wrist and neck seals are still bone dry.

I had a load of extras fitted including Si-Tech valves which I prefer over the Apeks stuff. If this one ever wear out I'll be straight back to Dennis for another one, maybe a Tri-Lam next time though.

Dennis Mears is a bloody nice bloke too and despite what the uneducated may think these are not copies of a'nother suit.
