| Whilst I'd agree about using a 5mm suit I have to say that vests can vary. If you look at the ralphtech site they are neoprene and will cover your core in up to 3mm of additional neoprene, which would result in 6mm in the torso and 3mm in the extremites. http://www.ralftech.co.uk/product_in...8d6a6fb4f079c4 Having said that I would be thinking of a 5mm semidry for 20 ish degrees
