Thumbs up Big Up to O Three

Sent my RI2/100 suit off for a pressure check on monday as i had been getting a damp crotch area !!.
O3 rang up wednesday to tell me there were some small leaks which they had fixed.
It arrived back today (friday).

Only cost was to cover postage (£15).

top stuff...thanks to all down in sunny weymouth

Out of interest, how old is your suit, how many dives?

I had a similar with O three - some of the seam support stitching came unravelled.

Virtually by return FOC - excellent service (or they must make too much on the original suits )

Thumbs up

I agree with the big up . Got my new O3 drysuit 10 days earlier than i expected after ordering at the dive show. Fit and function are flawless in first pool forays ahead of taking it to OW

Well impressed.

I have always found O'three to have flawless customer service and their work of the very highest quality. Superb and well worth the money.

Agents

Do you get the same good quality fit if you go through an agent as if you go to Weymouth?

Yes as the manufacturer wants to keep their good reputation.
