| I was looking for at a Bare Nex Gen dry suit advertisement in a magazine. When I asked the shop if the suit was coming with hard boots or socks, they told me that it comes with hard boots (lace up boots). After having a look on the Bare website I noticed that the lace up boots look like hiking boots. As my experience with dry suits is minimal, can someone explain to me how this works? Are these boots attached on the suit like any other dry suit or you wear them separately like normal boots and they seal with the rest of the suit in some special way? Thank for clearing this up!! Lace up boots have a look http://www.bare-wetsuits.com/baresho...40&pf_id=69316 |

| They are called rock boots, Ive seen a pair on an 0three suit, the boots are a bit more specialist than hiking boots as I didnt see a tounge. looked good and if you ware them out you dont have the expence of sending back your suit to get new boots fitted. Dont know if your feet feel any colder in them but that wont bother you in Cyprus! G.

| Back in the days before hard-soled boots for wetsuits, we used to buy a cheap pair of plimsolls/gym shoes /canvas shoes whatever you like to call them and wear them over soft neoprebne boots. Of course you needed to buy larger fins but that worked well - saved having to make new boots every few weeks! |
