Auto Dump Valve Replacement

I managed to kill my Autodump (don't ask!) and I've got a nice new low profile Apeks (for £24.00 can you believe??).
Is it an easy job to replace, or is it best to go to the local Dive Shop?
If it is an easy job, can someone tell me how to do it?

Cheers
Russ.

Look at the new one. See how it screws up.
Normally if you press the dump right down it locks so you can unscrew it.
Wear gloves as it might well have some sealer compound in the thread and be stiff and the inside part can be hard to grip.
Definitely not hard.

Cheers Nige,

I got instructions with it and it looks a doddle, but I know how these "dead easy" jobs can go hideously wrong....
Or is that just me....
