Red face sitech self change chuff seals HELP

how do you seperate the the inner ring that holds the wrist seal to change the seal

I used the handle of a spoon then brute force and ignorance (and I am loaded with both).

what are chuff seals - something to do with a dump valve?

If the rings that are glued to the suit are the flexible (Vinyl?) plastic type then we find the easiest way is to push them out from behind using your fingers through the fabric of the drysuit and on to the thin flange. They should just pop out.

I have now replaced the Cuff seal

And chuff is a scottish term for a cuff seal that dont leak or is it i just cant spell

the admins should have a spell checker like any good forum
