Xerotherm arctic vs 'traditional' undersuit

I have an NDiver Cortex suit and have been using a Seaskin 100gm undersuit. I find this undersuit a bit restrictive on movement so am thinking about other options. Has anyone used the xerotherm arctic under a membrane / cordura suit?

Cheers,
S.

If its any help, I switched from a weezle to an exotherm on my last day out diving. Valve shutdowns were significantly easier in the exotherm.

No noticable difference on the insulation front either

I use the Arctics under a membrane suit and find them just as warm as my 200g Otter Thinsulate, and significalty more comfy. The only slightly annoying thing is getting your suit on without the top ropping up, or rearranging the top once it has rolled itself up, more likely than not!

I think an Artic is about equivalent to a 200g thinsulate. I wear a set of PBBs and Artics under a membrane suit, and I was ok in 5 degrees. I do have nice warm gas though.

Thanks folks, that's what I was hoping to hear. Looks like the undersuit is destined for the 'personal ads' or ebay to help fund a set of arctics... I have a front entry suit so not too concerned about having to pull my undies up to my chest...

Another vote for Mark as the cheapest supplier of Arctics, even cheaper than the Exotherm Stand at Dive Show at the NEC last year.

Son, you're going to have to make up your mind about growing up and becoming aircrew. You can't do both.

The aircraft limits are only there in case there is another flight by that particular aircraft. If subsequent flights do not appear likely, there are no limits.
