| Bio Seals Has anybody got/had experience of these? I have now managed to get a cheap dry suit of ebay to tide me over until I can fit into my own suit again. The latex seals on this new suit fit me but are not tight, would bio seals do the job instead of getting new seals on the suit? I would like to use it next weekend and dont know anywhere near where I could get new seals done that quickly, so thought bio seals might work. |

They are quite dear though - how about duck tape instead? EDIT: I should say that I haven't actually used them myself but I did look into them a fair bit as a potential solution for my hangman's neck.

| To be honest I'm not worried about the 'latext rot'. This is only a temporary measure for a couple of months til i can fit back into my normal dry suit. Hiring a dry suit nearly every weekend was just getting so expensive! I did think about the duck tape lou, then thought about the hair on the back on my neck! ![]() I just want the bio seals to pad out and make the suits seals a little tighter. |

| Bio seals Very good especially when latex seals are stretching or if you have thin wiry wrists. The Bio seals do wear out - good for 50-100 dives. No matter how careful you are with them |

You could do what a guy in our club used to do with his school suits and get a latex seal that fits you and wear it over the top of the offending one, another plus being when you have a lull in your diving just get that one fitted Safe diving, Steve

| Used Bio seals for about 2 years and they definetly stop the hangmans rope burn effect but they do rot latex seals. I have now moved onto a soft neoprene neck seal and this has solved the problem. Hyrotech do a very nice neoprene neck seal. Rgds Pete
