Northern Diver Omega

Seen what looked to me like a good deal on the Northern Diver website - an Omega 2-Piece Semi-Dry for £99. Is this a good deal? Is it a good suit?

Looking to get away from my old second hand suit - its seen better days - but can't afford anymore for a drysuit just now.

I've got one. I used to dive all year round in it, but I have a dry suit now It's plenty warm enough in the water, but the surface interval can be unpleasant if it's windy or cold, the same as any wet suit.

It's a decent suit, mine is about 8 years old, the red has faded quite a bit but otherwise it's fine. There are extra thick pads on the back and kidney areas which make it a very buoyant suit, the last time I wore it was in the Red Sea in January and I needed 16kg.

Wot he said, also wore mine in Anglesey last weekend 11 degrees, after initial brrrrrrrrr dowm my back it was fine (I don't really recomend it for UK till later in the year though). 16k's for me aslo.

It was on the Northern Diver website...

in the Summer Sale section. I called them and they don't have any Medium-Large left in that style but they are sending an alternative...will wait and see what turns up.
