Hosed off with fresh water after a salty usage, then hung upside down in the garage, zip open, with a rolled up newspaper stuffed down (actually up) each leg to draw out any moisture that the neoprene may have absorbed (I have a 4mm compressed neo suit)

Hosed down after every outing whilst being hung by the feet over my daughter's swing (obviously in the hope that she won't want to use it for 24 hours or so!)
Regards

Hosed down the outside of the suit then hung over the wife's washing line (no way is that MY washing line), zip open, then when dry thrown over a storage unit in what remains of the garage. Inside hosed down once a year, or when it stinks.

Matt
