| I thought I'll tip anyone off on a bargin I picked up today? I got a top which is the same as forth element xerotherm (not the artic) by Polartec who make them:- Polartec® Power Stretch® From here :- Boundary Mill Stores - Brand Clearance Colne, Newcastle, Grantham & Walsall They are branded with "TOG 24 Technical" on the front and have a zipped neck, there are man and womens, they also have the leggings to go with them (but no socks). But at £39 reduced from 74.95, I'm not complaining ![]() |

I've just read your article about the cheaper equivalent to Fourth Element wear, how have you found the Polartec top? Does it do the job and keep you warm in cold water? Do you need to add any additional layers when the water is colder? I'm finding that my Weezle Extreme undersuit can be quite bulky and restrictive at times especially when trying to do shutdowns etc. Ideally I'd like to get a less restrictive undersuit but not compromise on the insulation properties. Forking out around £150 on a two piece undersuit is another problem Thanks, Nick |
