Well, I don't really want to slag them off in case I get myself into legal bother, the laws (I
think) differ slightly in England and Scotland, and I would rather be told from a reliable source than find out personally!
In a nutshell, I was unhappy with the suit I got, asked for my money back, and then they started with "well, the contract says". Eh? I didn't see, never mind signed a contract. I did mention that. If you buy a new car and it breaks down, do I change the car? Erm, there is a
slight difference between a car and suit here...
Then I was told a new made to measure suit had been made. Without my measurements? I don't think so. When I sent the other one back with a very polite letter (most unlike me) the letter was ignored and a new suit despatched. I saw red, spat fire, loaded my pen with vitriol and suit was shunted back within 16 hours with suitably worded letter. Meanwhile, I got sorted with a suit which is fine for me, well over £150 less.
Totally stunned as I had an Otter membrane for 12 years and I couldn't wear the thing out. It was wonderful, top service from them then, so I don't know what went wrong. I will not be using them again though, after that performance. They said they would phone me to sort things out, and no-one ever did, they only phoned on receipt of vitriolic letter. Dive safely.
