I dived it four times and its not leaked at all. Phone me if you want to talk. My numbers are in the PM. I'll be near you twice this month driving down the second time with dive kit for a dive on the south coast (fingers crossed). If you want to meet up call me, details in PM. Dave C |

| Imported post <font color='#000080'>Conor / Dave I've met you both and Dave, you're quite a bit taller, so unless that suit is too short for you I'm not sure it will fit. Still, it might be worth a try if it doesn't involve too much travelling. Conor, Kate got her suit from Kent Diving (I'm sure she's already told you anyway). I don't know how far that is from you but of all the options she put to me the one she went for was about the best value we could find. Northern Diver seem to get some stick from some quarters but my experience of them has been good. I've had my suit for four years and have had very few problems - still got all the original seals and zip. I've had a couple of leaks but they have turned out to be punctures sustained in transit in my bag. They've been repaired quickly and cheaply. In my opinion their suits are good quality and amongst the best value available. They're standard kit for the North West Police Underwater Search Unit, who wouldn't use them if they were not up to the job. I'm happy to recommend them. Now Kate got a Cordura suit with latex cuff and neck seals, neoprene over-seals, cargo pocket, braces, zip flap, auto shoulder dump, rotating inflator valve, good quality boots and complete with hood , hoses, bag and 100g Thinsulate undersuit for around £500. I'd be surprised if anyone offers better value than that!

| Imported post Hey, Mark Myself and Dave checked the sizes on the typhoon website and you are right, the suit would be too big in most directions. Sounds like Kate has got herself a bargain alright, she told me about it and it seems like quite a good deal, and I like the guys at Kent Diving (I bought most of my kit from there). The only catch is that they are the other side of London. I am trying to find somewhere that'll let me try a couple of suits, preferable ND or Otter, but that is almost impossible by the looks of it....unless I do the Drysuit Spec. But to be honest it is looking like that may not be such a bad Idea. It could be a way of getting to know some of the guys in the LDS a bit better, get to dive sooner and get a bit more comfortable with the idea of diving dry. Cheers Conor
