Andrew G. swears by them and as he is the training director of GUE and also the owner of 5thD I think I might just get away with it It's an option I would have to think about anyway. You will notice that it is an auto-dump not the old style little cuff-dump.

Happy new year.

Mark.

I'm currently only the owner of an Oceanic Ti 5mm Semi with 5mm Shorty to go over. Only used once in the Uk.

Currently I'm begging for dry suit instruction/advice

BTW Mark, how much do those suits cost?

Hope you are very happy with it.

Are you going to be modeling it on the Stoney gig at the end of February?

I started in Scotland in March in a 5mm windsurfing wetsuit. You are all wimps!
I did around 20 dives in it before going dry.
Avon suits are very comfy and make you look really 'ard but are not really suited for wrecking as they are constantly caught and punctured.

Started many moons ago with a Beaver Icelandic semi-dry, used it for a couple of years then managed to get hold of a navy Avon rubber suit. Had a nice contact in the Royal Engineers for a few years and was able to change it quite frequently, but the contacts now a civvy and my supply dried up a couple of years ago
Now got a Scubapro Spitzbergen for UK and a Mares 5mm full wettie for warmer climes. - Oh, and a Celtic top specially reserved for nice dives over whatever suit I'm wearing
