Hi

I am about a day away from ordering a Gates PRO VSN 1100-TEK.

Has anyone used one of these, heard anything about them?

Cheers

Gareth

Not used one personally, looks like not too many others have due to the flood of replies you've had.

Only thing I could find was Review.

If you search on this board under the Equipment section I'm sure you'll find more info. too. Otter Suits from Divers Warehouse tend to get excellent comments. I've got the Otter Skin and I'm very happy with it.

Hope this helps.

Gates PRO VSN 1100 - gets my thumbs up, in fact based on current wear I think the suit will last longer than me.

<font color='#0000FF'>I've used a Gates Pro VSN 1100, it was very good indeed.
If you do opt for this suit I'm sure you wont be dissapointed. Add to that I've always found Gates' customer sevice to be top notch.

I personally use an otter britannic (as of last friday), which is also very good.

Stu.

<font color='#728FCE'>If you want a tough, solid drysuit you cant go very far wrong with a gates. However, and this is personal opinion, I find them very inflexible..perhaps others would argue? so much so that i found as little mobility in them as a neoprene.

I wear a fantastic body glove insotherm during the winter (extremley pricy) and a scubapro membrane during the summer..not the best way to go if your on a budget but i'm a little lucky on this one

<font color='#728FCE'>Hi Garf, did you get your new suit? If so, are you like a kiddie in a sweet shop and actually watching the telly whilst wearing it?
