Does anyone have a 4th Element Thermocline?

What do you think of it (good or bad) or should I opt for a full 3mm wetsuit -impending trip to Maldives is the reason I ask.

I'm drawn to it because it offers some protection, looks easy to pack and dry.

Can anyone dissuade me from getting it?

No.. but I have the Chillcheater equivalent, which from the limited tests I've done really does seem to work as promised.

However, the thing I use most of all isn't the wetsuit - it's the hood, which is perfect for going under your main neoprene hood in cold conditions, and hasn't let me get a cold head yet

Dom,
This is for warm water only > 26C - I've never needed a hood in those temperatures.

<font color='#736AFF'>My daughter uses thermocline for snorkelling in warm waters. It is very good.
Thermocline can be used to supplement a wet suit, but I would take a wet suit, other wise I think you mught get a bit chilly

Try asking Mark Davies,

Although he does not use a 4th Element thermocline he has been pictured sporting a rather figure hugging gimp type outfit from chill cheater. &nbsp;

Most of us are still seeking therapy having seen the pictures &nbsp;

Daz,

I think I've seen the pictures - looks like a 3mm might be a better idea
Thanks to everyone who replied.
