Just talked to Richard over the phone and problem solved. To fix my wrist seal he is sending me a new one plus one reserve plus glue. A+ service!

Always good to hear of problems being resolved.
I'm as guilty as the next person of expecting email to work all the time, and sometimes get het up when I do not get a response to an email, when a good old fashioned phone call would have done the job perfectly well.

Fantastic product (Ri2), fantastic customer service and I'm a happy bunny. I know who'll be getting my hard earned again when I want another suit.

Hmmmmm MTM suit with extras plus undersuit for just under £600 or £1000 for big brand named suit? What could I do with the extra £400 spending money? I know!! buy more shiney's!

I would spend it on my wife, without a doubt. (I would have to).
