Mini Skirt
There was this guy on the dive yesterday that had just bought one. He was really impressed with it. The top part of the suit looked like a taylored suit jacket. A "skirt" of fabric over-laping the lower part of the suit.. Is this the same...?

tech-dry vs Pro-dry

Im on about the tech-dry and youve got the pro-dry.

Ah Yes I see where you are coming from now.

The one you saw was the XCD2 tech dry and it has a little stretchy part for shut downs etc - ends up looking like a skirt because of the overlap. They also have the front entry on them, and were quite a bit more.

My suit is the XCD2 pro dry - the same suit, but cheaper, back entry zip and no mini skirt.

The shop took it off the hangers yesterday when I paid for it, and stored it whilst they wiat for the pockets I ordered to come in....as soon as it is done I have a new suit to wear. I spoke to a mate who also dives the same suit as you Rob, and he said that I will feel like a new free man after diving the poseidon 40cm body armour. I am excited to dive it!!
