| I thought the problem was that Hydrotch double layer their suits near the knees but the outer layer is just punched so the two layers don't adhere and become much stiffer. Are you going through that so the seal is compromised as the middle can fill with water? |

| I had a similar issue, not with a DUI but a protec suit that has similar layers of fabric. I posted a thread about it on dir-x (will see if I can find it). I put it through two layers with no problem so far. edit: here Have you fitted a P valve to a Protec Explorer drysuit? - DIR Explorers
