| Front loading suits and women with large chests... So at the club Christmas party last night, one of the members asked my advice. She's thinking about getting a new drysuit, and is considering a front loading suit. However, she'd heard that front loading suits were unsuitable for women with large chests, as apparently the way the zip runs can squash breasts which obviously can be quite painful. Now I don't have any problems on that front, but generous through my moobs are, they're not that big. I was wondering if someone more generously proportioned than me (Woz?) could confirm or deny this. Cheers, Janos

Why would a good fitting suit feel restrictive. |

| I think the problem is possibly the length of the zip needed to get around the offending area versus the length of the body. I was told by a very nice man at Polar Bears that yes i could get a front loader, but to be honest the zip would need to be a longer one to get around my *ahem* ample chest and bum. This coupled with being a shortarse meant that the zip itself would begin a long way over my shoulder and end a good way around my hip. Putting it quite simply, im too short and fat for a front loader. Hey ho, it could be worse....

| The fine peeps at O'3 willl try to avoid front loading a lady's suit if at all possible. I think it's because it becomes much more difficult to cut well. I also suspect that the more ample the frontage the more reluctant they become. Probably. |
