| I used the cuff rings on my old suit. Advantages are: Easy to change seal yourself. Different seal designs available (tapered, parallel, large, small, etc.) Works with dry glove system. Stops your dive computer coming off your wrist I actually fitted the rings to my Asdry myself because my girlfriend had them on her Polar Bear. It was easier if we both had the same. Cheers Rich |

I have a set of manchettes, with another cut down set over the top. The cut down set are for when I want to use dry gloves - ie for the next four months. I use the second set of seals as I didn't want to stretch the inners. I would avoid heavy duty seals. Been there, prefer standard weight. Works for me. Good luck! |

| I use the ring sysem on my suit, allows me to carry spares and change should one go one a trip. Manchettes are better for hollow risted people as there is more latex against the skin, my old suit had standards and to be fair they were fine. I'd go for the ring system as you can fix them your self. Andy

| Cheers for the help everyone, I have decided the cuff rings mainly for the option of using drygloves in the future, Cheers, Dan |

Not the cuff rings! They're a f*cking nuisance for getting in and out of a harness! I hate the b*stardly things. The minute I can be arsed, I'm getting the bloody things removed. Don't do it.
