Been there! I changed to a better fitting membrane though and find it great - but you do need a decent undersuit to make sure you're warm enough.

Yup, definitely a MTM service available - have a word with Clare Gledhill on here as she's a UK DUI dealer.

go with the O3 ri2/100... far more flexible than the msf (you will need that for twin shutdowns) and if you start or are going deep then the ri2/100 will compress less (as the neoprene is already compressed) meaning less change in buoyancy

mine is 4+ years old and this Xmas went back for it's first leak test which was only ~£50 including repairs.

you might find you get into an off-the shelf ok which wil save you pennies ?

fab customer service.

I was pretty much decided on the O3, but you guys have sealed it. RI 2/100 it is.

Hopefully by days of being dripping wet after every dive are over.

PS. What warannty do 03 give? The stardard year or more?

It depends. I think they do more than giving a standard warranty. They want happy divers, so will reslove issues. If you ask nicely, they will fix. If you steam in demanding the impossible, they may baulk. If it doesn't fit properly, they will work with you to get it right.

And if you get the custom one they can make it front entry for you as well - if you like front entry drysuits that is

I have a MSF500 and it is plenty flexible enough for shutdowns.

Cheers, a

Smile O3/dui

DUI but they are expensive,I have had 2 in the last 15 years.
Don't go for Membrane not flexible enough too much material on some makes.
But O3 are local to UK but there are good Technicians for DUI at Stoney for Alterations,Talk to Andy Holland at DUI at Stoney.
I Love my Signature suit

Membrane is not flexible - but cut right it doesn't need to be.

I am a DUI dealer as mentioned above and MTM service is easy to arrange in the UK. I have to say that if you are set on a neoprene suit, O3 are indeed excellent and I hear that their customer service when things go wrong is good too.

Drysuit

You Have To Go With The O`three Just For The Simple Fact That They Will Get You In The Water If Something Goes Wrong With Your Suit, Not That It Will, But They Will Get Somthing Sorted Even If They Have To Lend You A Suit, After Sales Service Cant Be Beaten, Had My Suit Since 2000 And Had New Zip Last Year, Having New Neck Seal This Year, And Probably Wrist Seals Next Year That Not Bad For 7 Years Hard Wear,

DUI
FOR ME
Ive had my cf200 for 13years now and still going strong, saying that I'm in the market for a new suit (i'm now too fat) so strongly in favor of another DUI

No one has mentioned that the o'three suits are made in china and that is a big no no for me. OK great service but you should if you're paying £900 for a drysuit which certainly costs much much less because of the poorly paid workforce.

I've nothing against goods made in China and no doubt someone can prove that O'Neill is made next door, but if I'm overpaying, I'd rather overpay for something which I've tried and tested.
