Thumbs up 03

The after sales service combined with the quality of the suits is second to none. 03 is a great choice

The reason that Ash could'nt do shutdowns in his MSF was he was too fat for the suit!!

Ive got a MTM 0 three and had a huge wait when I ordered it around this time last year, they are gearing up for the dive show and it took until 1st week in May to get it.

I ordered mine 1 week before the london show.

If you have made your mind up order it now.

They probably had to wait for a lull in the global demand for neoprene before ordering such an acreage of the stuff to cover your vast bulk. Nice of them to come up with an excuse to save upsetting your feelings; that's good customer service.

Cheers Nick, Sometimes we get the Japanese whaling fleet following the dive boat. and i thought it was for Brockey.!!

Not as good as the Service in Cardiff Audi though.

Car in for a service last week, new rear suspension, brakes, and a full vallet.
( I think that 2 sets of 18's decos and a J have buggered it but they didnt complain).

Booked in for a new clutch next week and I've got a 3.0 TID A4 wating for me for the day to try out.

a poor fitted suit will be a pita no matter what its made off

i have had a o'three resin 2-1 for about 3 years, you can buy off the peg and o'three can nip tuck for you,,

i abuse mine and it still looks like new, been to red sea 3 times as well

scraped down the sides of wrecks- no cuts or rubs,

lots of suits rub on the crouch strap if wearing a harness however mine has not,,,

if i didnt buy another on of these i would look at otter, protec, polar bear,

After hurling all the mud I could at neoprene and hearing the various users extolling their virtues I decided to buy an O3 wetsuit. It's still in immaculate condition 7 years later. In the end I decided that it was time to see how good O3 are.

I went to see them. Spent an hour discussing my diving. I went to great lengths to explain that I was diving twins...had to perform shutdowns.....had to have the flexibility to hook up stages....had to maintain warmth and bouyancy throughout the dive. Every challenge I posed them they noted, explained the experience they had and assured me that I would not be disappointed.

In the end I bit the bullet and bought a MTM Ri2/100. I haven't looked back. It's the warmest and most comfortable suit I've ever owned and I wouldn't change it for the world. I can't sing their praises highly enough. I haven't had any problems with my suit so far but from what I can see if I ever do it will be sorted.

So from being a staunch pro membrane diver.......now it's O3 all the way.

So the moral of the story is. If you want to look like every over diver on the south coast buy a o'three, if you want to be different get a DUI.

Ive had my OThree MTM 5mm and its 4 years old, its been through the wars and still looks and wears great, its been back once for wrist seals and as mentioned in the other replies, their customer service is next to none. DUI make very good suits, my mates have them but they have moved to OThree, not because of issues with the DUI, but longer DECO in cold water means neoprene is proving the winner. The rock boots look nice but the socks can be easier to damage if you arent careful. From what Ive seen, DUI suits are a bit more pricey for what you get, for the same price as a top DUI suit, I got shoulder/knee and arse pads, relief zip and pee valve on my OThree. Final thing, see if you can try and dive in both and make your choice then, good luck.

I was in the market for another suit, I had made my mind up un a DUI, then I spoke to two divers at Stoney who both had DUI suits and they explained that DUI stood for DRY Until Imersed. the olds ones were superb the new ones in there opinium were rubbish.
I bought a Northern Diver suit that realy was crap.
