Everyone has a black suit. Apart from Howard. But he's colour blind between black and white.

Yellow and black.

It may be that yellow isn't the coolest colour (although I reserve the right to disagree there) but it is the colour that the helicopter sees first.

My blue and black suit looks pretty good though

but what if you wanted to become a DIR cyclist? You'd end up like all the other DIR Cyclists who have black and blue.....like M***, and D**** and M*****, and M**** and F**** so quite a popular colour choice !
