I've changed hoses and valves 3 times.. have now gone to sitek hose and valve in the hope that that fixes it.

Bet you a green blob it's your neck seal.

I though I had a leaky cuff dump on an old suit bit it was a pinhole in the wrist seal that you could only see if you stretched it. Mended it with a bicyle repair kit and that lasted till I sold the suit.
