New drysuit from Hunter- telescopic Torso?
I have heard that Hunter Diving are to launch a new suit. Designed along the same lines as the TLS and protec suits then it is to have a telescopic torso and be made out of the armatex material as the VSN 1100.

Does anybody have any more information about this?

I've got a Pro VSN 1100 (from 10 years ago) - a marvellously tough suit.

I phoned Hunter and there is a new adaption to their VSN 1100 suit which effectivly makes the suit 'telescopic' so that the length of the torso may be adjusted with the aid of a crotch strap.

There is no picture of it on their website yet but if you want to give them a ring they will send a brochure - 01482 839 119

OK I'M confused

Hunter have been making front entry, telescopic versions of the VSN1100 for a couple of years. Clare Gledhill had one, and I think Mark Powell is on his 3rd!

They look lkike good suits, but Mark's keep delaminating and starting to leak. He does dive the hell out of them though.

I did indeed have one. The material was far too heavy and it took forever to dry which meant it was no no for travel. The material did delaminate on my suit too eventually but it did do 500 or so dives with me and then Marianne.
