| maybe made to measure is the answer or alternatively layer using things like that Thermocline Top I was wearing in Galapagos. It really added warmth without being too bulky. Chances are that an off the peg suit that fits round the bum is going to bit a tight round the lungs for you babe. We all just wish we had the same problem!

I can't believe that my 'Wing ... I don't know what to do' thread, has reached page four and no-one has mentioned Bs+Bs or certain club nights So, back to the matter in hand ...... where do I get an extremely warm, flexible wetsuit - I fly on April 12th |

| Try Slough Scuba, Gary has some very stretchy RalfTech suits that might be stretchy enough to work round your bulges

| It s a bit up in price but have you thought about the whites fusion drysuit? Its basically a tea bag with a lycra covering to hold in the excess material.. Its self donning; zip across the front of the shoulders and is very neat. I got one last year and no wetsuit can even come close to the level of flexibility it offers...And its alot easier to get on!! |

Dont do it My wife is also mega slim and gets cold in about 20mins usig a 5mm Semi Dry in 22c water. 40mins shes shivering. Get a light weight MtM membrain suit like the one I got from Hammond. it comes in at 2Kg so excelent for travel then opt for neopreen neck seel and neopreen wrist seels that just wont fail. I dive and 03 in the UK and its great but at 8Kg its useless for travel. ATB Mark

| If you want a wetsuit or semi dry, it's a sad fact of life that they are a struggle to put on, especially when damp. My solution is 3 layers... a 3mm neoprene swim suit (Awoon) a 5-4-3 full surfing suit which gives lots of freedom and pretty easy to get on and a Ralf Teck shorty over the top. This gives me 10mm of neoprene on my body. And I wear a hood some of the time even in 25 degrees + water. Mind you, as most will tell you, I don't coordinate and usually look a mess in full gear. Anything less than 23 degrees, I'd use my membrane DS or end up shivering after 15 mins. Where are you going? A lot of places, boat crew are more than happy to help nice young ladies get into their kit.

After 20 years I finally found a wetsuit that sort of fits, but thats party because good modern neoprene seems to do a two way stretch I got a "Waterproof" 7mm streamer which I used with a 5mm shortee and a 2mm vest +hood for diving in the red sea in winter (when another diver on the boat was just in a tshirt...). I was lucky that the son of the owner was also lanky so they have an extra all medium size (apparently 70kg 6ft4 is not a standard british Diver build). This lot was as about as heavy as my drysuit, but les stressful on a liveaboard. At a dive show , I tried to get made to measure and only 2 companies said they could do it, but they could not quote a prices but "300 plus" was their stimae - I was tempted to use the internet and just send measurements to thailand.
