I think Mark chase's idea is a good one, but if you still want a wet suit oceanic have a new style 7mm on the market. My lad tried one on but it did not fit. Really stretchy and pretty easy to don. Not sure about the ladies cut.

He had to settle for 5mm shadow which is great but a nightmare to get on.

The Scubapro Everflex are really good... with 2 way stretch. I had one and have dived in Stoney at 6 degree's.. still pretty good.

We,, my vote still goes for the Whites fusion, that settles all your criteria! It weights just over a kilo for travel.

Failing that, the new 4th element proteus is a really good wetsuit, practically keeps you dry!

Hmm not sure if its any help but my wife is rather large up top, (38G), and usually has problems finding semi-dry or dry suits that fit properly eventually she got a made to measure drysuit from Northern Diver and is more than happy with it but she realized it was too much for red sea diving so she went with the Oceanic Strexx 7mm Semi Dry last October in Sharm she was very comfortable in it, (she gets cold easily as well), and found it extremely easy to get on and off even when it was wet.

These suits are very stretchy so they fit in all the right places in fact I saw a XL size male get into a size M suit just to prove how stretchy they are.....

Are you sure you really want a semi, Venus, being as tiny as you are you are bound to get cold and if you spend out on it is is really going to get used. I have one and only used it for one holiday - and it is a begger to put on wet or dry! Chase's idea sounds sensible and definatly something worth considering.

Well, first trick is to go mtm. 2nd is to go for a semi-watertight (like the cressi semi-stagna or the mares isotherm). Finally, if the placcy bag doesnt work, plan b... cheap as chips... washing up liquid! You might be laughing but thats how spearos get into their ultra tight suits.

Ah yes, Gary and I go way back

I tried a great suit on, it had water proof written down the side - is that the make or telling me it will not let water on to me?

It was just prfect for my figure and I fitted me like a glove and had space for my 'bulges'
the main zip was at the back and a small one at the from

when I zipped it up the front zip pressed onto my neck and hurt
after I had taken it off after maybe an hour I could still feel it
and if I was to keep the zip open the water would gush in

There is a nice boat in Portland where the crew is very helpful with people getting into and out of their kit ..... when they are being thrown around like a rag doll in a force twelve storm and just want to curl up and die! THANK YOU

You're probably wondering 'if she gets so sick, so easily on boats why does she do liveaboards'?

I wonder if the ticket is transferable to someone else .....
