Other than fit a new seal you can use a bio neck seal but these are not that cheap.

that is easy then take it back and tell them
if they either have
1. made it to measure tell them to put a new one on to correct size
or
2. if off the peg and said to you it was right - likewise because it isn't they should fit a new one

usually they are so tight you either have to stretch them or cut a ring off!!

good luck Steven

The Apollo Bio-Seal will sort you out and they are very comfortable to wear.

The MAJOR drawback is that they will rot the latex and you need to scrupulously clean the neck seal after every use.

If you're planning to change the seal, you have nothing to lose but the price of a Bio-Seal if you give one a try beforehand.

a short term solution is to stick something on top of it, like some wide elastic with velcro on it. it works surprisingly well. but far from ideal and as the others have said, you'll have to part with some pennies.

as an aside, thanks for that tip off
