In the water standing or in the water swimming? Standing is unavoidable.
Were you wearing full thermal socks or not?

Lots of variables.

I was wearing the O'Three PPB socks, they are fairly thin material. I noticed it most while I was standing, even before I put my fins on. I'm pretty sure they where pinching while I was swimming as well. Not 100% as I was concentrating on my buoyancy.

Across the top of the boot I think. Will give them another go next week with thicker socks etc.

Just wanted to make sure that it wasn't something to be expected.

Thin socks combined with standing there isnt much you can do about suit squeeze - standing its always noticeable.

Id say try it swimming and with the same socks you'll be using in open water.

From memory, I think it was more like pinching from the side/top of my foot.

I'm going to have to try it next week and make more of a mental note of where/what its doing.

After trying it on again, the boots do seem rather large. So back down to portland tomorrowto get tem changed. Hopefully it won't take too long to get sorted.

Took the suit back O'Three yesterday, new boots being put on FOC and I'm having another pocket put on while it's away.

Hopefully no more crushed feet when I get it back.
