Fitting of Santi suits - is my bum too big ?

I've just received two new MTM Santi undersuits - a BZ400 and a fleece summer undersuit. They seem very well made and designed - particularly the stretch panels under the arms but I'm concerned that the cut may be wrong - maybe my mistake with sizes, maybe a manufacture problem, maybe nothing...

The fit is definitely snug and very different from wearing my trusty, baggy Weazle.

I would like to know how tightly cut others are ... in particular they are cut tight across the hips but have spare material on the chest - maybe my bum is to big and tits too small

However the alternative explanation may be that when I lie down (ie diving position) the spare material on the chest lies flat and the tight hips doesn't matter.

Any feedback / experience please

That is the right fit. You need a little extra in the chest area to allow you to move freely. As long as you can move your legs without restriction when in a free fall position you have a good suit it sounds.

Thanks for the reassurance - will dive it and see how it goes. I will also talk to my trusty friend, Santo / Halcyon Japan dealer and get his feedback.

(I still think my bum looks too big in it - but that might just be a natural consequence of choosing to wear a quilted duvet on the beach...)

In my experienec any woman who "thinks" her bum looks too big, has one just the right size, it's the ones who "know" their bum is too big that I agree with

Oh this could run and run ... the trials of life my parents set me up for when named Hugh and then I end up working with a lot of Germans who just can't say "Hugh". Most of the time I'm happy to be introduced as Mr Huge ... but not when discussing the snug fit of my expensive and tailored new underwear!
