If you want a new neoprene suit on a budget then its Sports Components and the Outer Edge suit for £425 (£465 if you want to get the undersuit with the package)
If you want membrane then its Seaskin for about £400

The Seaskin neoprene is also very good apparrently, but as a neoprene Outer Edge owning diver, I'd definitely recommend my suit.
