which undersuit

I'm looking for a warm undersuit, at the moment I'm donning an undersuit ,2 fleece jumpers and longsleeve top but still getting cold after 20 -30 mins !

Was thinking of a weezle extreme but wondering how bulky they are and if I would still need all my extra layers !

I've been using a sub zero on my last 2 dives and have had pretty good suit floods on both occasions if your using a membrane suit i couldn't recommend them highly enough kept me warm enough to continue the dives on both occasions even though the floods happened on entry. They also look pretty good during surface interval too. My arctics also kept me very warm but where let down by having no pockets

Undersuit

Have a Weazle and found it very good, it is a bit puffy rather than bulky if that makes sense but it’s warm and comfortable.

However I have for the last year been using a Fourth Element Xerotherm Arctic, and have found this less puffy than the Weazle and possibly slightly warmer and more comfortable, its big disadvantage is that there are no pockets, so you can’t carry keys, cash etc around après dive.

Never flooded the suit so don’t know how either would hold up with a leak but have heard that both are good.

You can go off people you know

Actually found today it's not my zipping technique but that sadly means it must be a problem with the suit

Polar Bear 400 - wife loves hers. I find it too hot so I use a 100grm version and find that toastie.

This is for use on a membrane suit.

I had the Weezle Extreme+ was never cold in it even when the suit flooded....in fact I only noticed it had flooded when I got out and realised there was water sloshing around the boots.

I now use O3 PBB under my O3 suit and some peter storm thermals for the colder dives. I'll probably upgrade to Arctics later this year as the Sub zeros aren't suitable for neoprene suits.
