| Nothing at all - just slip a finger under the seal and pull your head/hand through! |

| I find when it's cold I don't need any lube, the seals slide on and off with ease. When I'm a little warmer I use a little talc.

| . I use talc and silicon grease from a plumbers merchant. I use the silicon grease to keep the seals soft and lubricated and then on the day of the dive if repeat diving I use talc. Cheers ozone. . |

| get down to your local vet,and ask for some "vet lubigel",it's what i use(honest!!),nice and slippy, and it's ok for latex. Some dive shops sell it under the name of jollop, but it's pricey that way. just looked at the price for lubigel,£3.07 for 500 ml,lasts for ages. Fraser. |

| Or just get a suit with proper seals on it made of neoprene

| Go to the rubber johnny section in the supermarket and get any of the water based lubes from there. I got a bottle of this stuff that glows in the dark the other day, it's really cool and it will never get lost on a night dive.
