| I dry mine hanging up with the zip open and the zip cover closed. Then I fold it loosely and place it in my kit box. Quote:

| I used to do what O'Three told me to.....on a drysuit hanger zipped up bu now I'm inclined to hang it over a length of drain pipe (at the waist) with the zip closed as I think there will be less stress on the zip |

| Hanging on a coat hanger, in my garage, with the zip almost closed. |

| FWIW I dry mine out thoroughly by hanging by its feet with the zip open, then zip it up and lubricate the zip by using some of that Beaver gunk (Much better than Beeswax IMO) before folding it loosely and placing it in its bag until next time. SWMBO doesn't appreciate it hanging around any longer than necessary, even in the Garage Cue loads of people telling me I'm doing it wrong

Mr Helen has learnt not to complain about mine, on account that I don't complain about the dead pheasants he has hanging in his side of the garage They taste better than my drysuit though...

| Putting it away! I was only diving yesterday with some rescue students in 4 degree water and -2 degree surface temp! We had to call it a day early as icecream headaches where getting common. When the suit gets put away for a few weeks, make sure its totally dry, pop some news paper into the boots to get any moisture out or use vampyre socks, lube zips with beaver lube, talc the seals, I do for both neoprene and laytex, and roll it boots towards the neck, leaving the rear zip flat, fold arms across the suit and into the bag. If you plan a longer storage time (few months, Ya Mary Queens, stopping cause its cold!) Id give the inside a rinse in milton fliud to kill any bacteria.
