| Steve its still asked me for a seller id number. I managed to go back to the start though and by reporting it as another problem initially it then let me input some words. I included a link to the persons site and explained it then says he sells stuff on ebay. Hope they ban this guy girl or whatever scum it is. Thanks Jamie |

| On their website, under "Large Seashells" they are advertising Queen Conch shells for $9.95. These are listed under CITIES Apendix II as endangered species. This makes the site in contrivention of the EBAY policy of not selling any items listed under CITIES. Lets make sure that EBAY know what these people are upto, and hit them in the pocket!. Darren

| I received the following below reply back from the shop email address - I guess there is an "auto responder" set up:- Ahoy Bryan: We appreciate your interest in our products...Please refer back to our web site from time to time for more interesting and unusual items to come. Capt'n.. I also, posted some info on Scubaboard (US forum) to check if there is anything being done from their side - may be old hat over there (like the Beluga whales in Egypt).

| I have just had a look at their site and "products", not only are there sharks on it but I have just seen under shells, Nautilus shells. I really can't beleive anyone can seel this, more importantly I can't understand why people buy it. I was one a boat called Undersea Explorer in 2002, GBR and I was on a Shark and Nautilus week, the crew one of which was a marine biologist were conducting reasearch. We got to see 6 nautilus which were measured and tagged, we had a fantastic week and I felt very privilaged to see a Nautilus up close especially since they are usually found in hundreds of metres of water. There were 4 British ladies on board and we all sponsored one of the Nautilus to help fund the research. It was interesting to note that none of the American group on board most of which were also into spear fishing were interested in the research side of the trip. |

| Absolutely horrendous. Completely beyond belief. I am off to try and figure out a way to really, really piss them off...... The sale of such items has to be illegal somehow, or at least some of them. I wonder if the Environmental Investigation Agency would be interested in the link? Lou |
