The Marine Bill
In case you didn't know, the Government are currently running a consultation on a new Marine Bill.

The MCS has a whole stack of details and a form letter to send to DEFRA.

it covers wrecks, artificial reefs and quote "anything not naturally available" what does that mean the young lady just said thats whats written on the statement ??
