Nudibranch ID?
Hi folks...

does anyone know what the name of this Nudibranch is? I'm stumped... was about 5-6 in long on a reef in Sharm....



I do have other photos (if needed) but need to make them suitable for the web!

A quick peek at Debelius's Red Sea Guide and it looks most like a Miamira Magnifica or Magnificent Miamira on page 252.

Seems there is alot of confusion about this species, with many colour variations etc and the "experts" don't even know what to call them. See The Sea Slug Forum - Ceratosoma sinuata
All I know is yours looks pretty similar to the Debelius one!

Great pic of the nudi.. just love them, so far not been very lucky seeing anything but pyjama ones and the blue spotted ....
