no def not dahlia, these are tiny, about 50mm across.

no I dont think so I've seen sagartia elegans in that area and they are much bigger and circular with the "mouth" in the centre. These have virtually no column and fewer tentacles than the elegans.

Certainly looks like a dhalia.

Maybe they just haven't got to full size yet.
