Check this out

I was looking for the latin name for lobster (it's been a while since I graduated) and got sidetracked by a quality picture on this site...................... The National Lobster Hatchery - Padstow, Cornwall UK

If you look at the changing pictures at the top of the page there is a picture of a big lobster. Not only that but the thing is on a surfboard, sweet as!!!!!

EDIT : Probably not wildlife friendly as this section of the forum may like but it just seemd appropriate vis a vis the rest of the site, may even adopt one of the little critters myself

Someone is bound to say it, so I may as well get in there first....

"If I adopt a lobster, can I eat him when he grows up?"

Actually £1.50 each that's nothing, looks like their doing good work, it's good to give something delicious back to the sea.

Will give them an email, Lloyd.

How do I stop other people eating my lobster?

Bit worrying that they also sell a tea towel with a recipe for lobster thermidor....kind of think that defeats the whole object of why they actually exist doesn't it?
