Identity Please

In My Gallery as unidentified : Image from Channel Islands - I'm sure that one of you knowledgeable lot can tell me what it is - I haven't been able to identify it yet...

Looks like a hydroid of some kind, but can't see enough detail to say any more.
You could try here for comparisons:
Obelia geniculata - Marine Life Encyclopedia
