No it was not moving and I don't know whether it got eyes or not. These photos were shot at Fury Shaol, southern Egyptian Red Sea.

Not sure about size but I think something like 10 to 15 cm.

The size is like 10 to 15 cm long and 5 to 7 cm wide. And it was alone.

It was stuck or like wrapped around a long thin coral branch, not laying on the ground.

looks like a fossilised caterpillar or pupae on a twig?.Could something like that be blown into the sea in that area.
