Cerianthus lloydii?
Found this, around 15cm high, during safety stop. Did not retract and therefore I thought it could be a Cerianthus lloydii. Thenagain I've never seen them standing so proud before...

Was there any sign of it's tube in the sand? definitely seems like an overly delicate shape to live out of the sand permanently.

You do spot the strangest things Kyrre, I think you've missed your vocation
