Take a look here for general info on diving in the Keys:

For dive operators, have a look at these:

http://www.quiescence.com/
http://www.pennekamp.com/atlantis/?s...loridakeys_com

You'd be better off diving with those closer to where you are staying, as it can take quite a while to get around the Keys (the Overseas Highway can be extremely slow & frustrating). Ring them up a day in advance to get their schedule, as where they go can be a decisive factor - don't miss the Spiegal Grove and the Duane.

I have dived with both Capt Slate's and Ocean Divers - happy to recommend both.

Have a fab trip - hope there's no (more) hurricanes on the horizon!

After this latest hurricane - Jeanne - just finished passing through, the seas are calm again, but the currents are running pretty good and the viz has been murky.
The Keys might be ok - I'm going down to Key West this weekend, but anything north of Miami won't be too good for a while. The springs are all murked out also if you're a caver.
