| Recomendation for Florida Quays I am off to Florida on Saturday for a couple of weeks and intend to do a day or twos diving. Has anyone been that can recomend a particular operator? [Posting as a new user as I cannot login with my old 'gblades' account] |

| Take a look here for general info on diving in the Keys: http://www.fla-keys.com/diving/index.htm For dive operators, have a look at these: http://www.oceandivers.com/?source=floridakeys_com http://www.quiescence.com/ http://www.pennekamp.com/atlantis/?s...loridakeys_com http://www.floridakeysdivectr.com/ http://www.conchrepublicdivers.com/ You'd be better off diving with those closer to where you are staying, as it can take quite a while to get around the Keys (the Overseas Highway can be extremely slow & frustrating). Ring them up a day in advance to get their schedule, as where they go can be a decisive factor - don't miss the Spiegal Grove and the Duane. I have dived with both Capt Slate's and Ocean Divers - happy to recommend both. Have a fab trip - hope there's no (more) hurricanes on the horizon! Lily |
