| Try to avoid La Rambla - to many British Stag/Hen do's. I'm usually in Barcelona once per month, it's a great city. Sagrada Familia and Parc Guel are both worth a visit. Never dived in Spain though. |

| Just got back from the Medas Islands near Estartit. The Medas islands are a nature reserve, and we had a good time. Estartit itself is a bit wierd though... but I didn't mind as part of a large group. I'm currently waiting for photos to come back before writing a trip report for the club website but you can have a look at previous years here: Hellfins in Spain Laters, Janos

| Padowan...I have no problem recommending Servisub in Barcelona, run and owned by Eva and Miguel...Eva speaks perfect English, and will reply to e-mails in English. They are official suppliers of Halcyon, Scubapro and DUI. [ They are both DIR trained, if thats of any help ] I found their survice was excellent in all departments...here´s the link, hope it´s of some use... http://www.servisub.com/ |

| Hi Padowan, I dived with rec n tec in Menorca in May. Simon who runs it trains YBOD divers, including Sandman. Its not that expensive to fly across to Mahon or get the over night ferry. Simon arranges deeper dives with his buddy (Marvin??) over there. Worth a look if you want something interesting. Dave C |
