| That is as close to my tough as anyone as asked in the past! I live some 100km north of Porto. Porto is open Atlantic and there is not much diving in February as the seas tend to be to rough. The water temp is around 12șc. In fact most clubs head north and do dives off Vigo bay in Spain - 90min drive where the bay means calmer seas. You can try contacting the following center: http://www.mergulhomania.com/ If you are prepared to go north the center I can reccomend in Vigo is: http://www.buceoislascies.com Let me know how you get along. best of luck.
